PACKAGING POLICY

Free shipping when you shop above RM150 across Malaysia.

All orders are subject to ONE (1) packaging/address per order per postage. 

If you want more than one packaging/address, please separate your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Customers can return damaged/faulty items from our team and must be done within 5 working days from the day the goods are delivered to you. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

Attention: ALL of the products were sealed and packed securely. Unfortunately, damage during delivery is out of our control.

Disclaimer: Damaged items that apply to this policy are only items that are badly damaged to the extent that it is not possible or safe to be used for the first time. No replacement for packaging.

You may follow this steps for exchanges or return of damage goods;

1. Send a picture of the damaged items to us for replacement request within 5 days of receiving the items.

2. We will pass the info to our courier partner for further investigation.

3. After approval, we will notify you for shipping charges (RM6 WM / RM12 EM).

4. After receiving the shipping payment, we will ship your item straight away!

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the items ordered are correct, have read all product information, and make sure the product is appropriate before proceeding with payment as we do NOT provide returns or exchanges for products that were WRONGLY PURCHASED, USED or OPENED.

We DO NOT exchange or issue store credit for WRONGLY PURCHASED, USED or OPENED. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions.
